Chicken Hut in Gatlinburg

This place isn't even known for the chicken! It's claim to fame is its cheesesteaks and fries, plus its amazing cheese sauce! The best booth in Gatlinburg by far.

Too expensive for what we got. The food was ok. Service was good.

Was hoping for much more than we got!!! French fries burnt, hot dog looked weeks old and would have gotten better customer service from a T-Rex! Won’t be back

This place was reasonably priced. Had a few tables to sit inside and cool off and the food was great. The staff was friendly. I will definitely be back when I am in Gatlinburg again.

order of almost $30 for two items. there was a piece of parchment paper in his philly cheese steak and got a 12 piece wing that was frozen cold and they took forever to bring those out in the first place. inside is disgusting and unkempt. watched a girl slip and fall in front of me on the greasy floors.

Me and my kids at here!! My youngest ate tenders. My oldest ate hot wings. I ate the thigh and leg with fries! The best meal we had while we were here!!!! For a hole in the wall restaurant!! You gotta try it!!!!

Was charged twice for the same horrible wings. When I asked the manager about it cause I have online banking he said it would only be charged once. It was still pending when I left on friday 9/6. Once I returned home I had been charged twice and now I can not contact this business to dispute the second charge. I will never go back to this restaurant.

Food was AMAZING! Quick service and one of the best burgers we have ever had! Fries were delicious! 🙌 Highly recommend stopping here while walking through Gatlinburg! 😋😋😋😋

Wanted a quick evening meal. Was awesome burgers. Fresh too and fresh homemade French fries. Very friendly and just a great lil place. Will have to go back out next visit.

Had the chili dog one night and cheeseburger the next!! Absolutely the best!! The bun is lightly toasted and has an excellent crust around the edges. The burger was juicy and hot!! Fresh cut fries!! Will make this my go to next time I come back to Gatlinburg!

Prices are terrible and so is the food.....lemon pepper seasoning is on the side in a cup that you have to put on your wings yourself. I would not eat here waste of money

Food tasted horrible and extremely greasy! Staff were rude and didn’t wear masks. Ran out of chicken wings!! Pop was watered down. Way overpriced. Floors looked like they hadn’t been mopped in weeks!

I've only had the Nathan's hot dogs here, but they are so good! Grilled and served on a warm grilled bun. Delicious for a quick lunch!

My family ate here this past week. Best burger, fries and fish we've had in a while. A small little place, but big flavor! We will definitely be back!

Food was nothing special, cooks didn’t wear gloves. Also the water was pink and we were told don’t worry it’s fine.... don’t waste your time coming here!

Neet little place I'd suggest trying it out great chicken and grilled cheese biggest reason is there fried okra can't go wrong there also world famous NATHANS ALL BEEF HOT DOGS highly recommend

Good food but the building is small and food is a bit pricy

Ate here and we liked the nachos however the medium wings were too spicy for my girlfriend and they said it had a BIT of heat although a drop of sauce set the mouth on fire. Made her throw up twice and messed with her asthma and wouldn't refund us or anything.

Expensive, and just simply not worth it.

Stop there last night around 7:30 and I am not sure why people gave them a good review. Chicken is okay, salty and dry... probably because they are about to close for the day and no intention to cook what we really wanted...onion rings were re- fried after we ordered it. I was disappointed.

Unorganized ,floors are extremely greasy and slick not well kept.Quality of food was just ok.Many other places along the strip to get much better food at a much better cost.

The front cashier worker named Mike was the most rude person I have ever experienced in a small establishment. He was rude and did not care whether or not you have your order right. My order came out wrong and he did not ask once to fix my order. He ignored me. With that being said I went back into the establishment and asked for his name and he came me the ugliest look and thumbs up because he’s knows. I hope this reaches the owner of the chicken hut. Because I have enjoyed going there. But you do not need people like him working.

The price was high, but no worse than anywhere else in Gatlinburg. Cheeseburger, fries, fried pickles and a large Dr. Pepper was $23. The burger was really good, you got enough fries for two people and my wife said the fried pickles were really good. I wouldn't want to eat here all the time, but it was really good.

It was AWESOME. I recommend if you like great food.

I was happy to find this place. I ordered a foot long hotdog with many toppings, my husband ordered a double cheeseburger, and my sister-in-law ordered a turkey club. We found everything to be delicious, filling, and much cheaper than a lot of the other food in town. Not as crowded as the other places either. Will probably go back for lunch when I’m back in town.

Ordered 6 wings, got 6 pieces, they were hard light day old, dried out, overpriced, beware

Cruising the Gatlinburg strip and wanted something different and found it. Mostly fried "fair" fare, had the philly and wasn't disappointed. Generous helping of beef and sauteed onions and peppers on a soft hoagie roll topped with provolone, very tasty.

Food was good I enjoyed it. Inside was terrible. Dirty and lack of effort making it look nice. They need to hire a janitorial staff, if they have one already, fire them.

This place has really great food. We ordered the Nathan’s hot dogs and fries and the food was cooked to order and the price was not expensive at all. Love this place. Will be back.

The low reviews really astonish me! The wings were a good size cooked to perfection... same with the crunchy fries and fried pickles. The food came out quick and super fresh had to wait a few min for everything to cool. I'm a huge wing person definitely my go to place in Gatlinburg now! Staff super friendly as well!

We went in with 14 people. They were fast and the food was great! Got our order perfect and handled it effortlessly.

If you like to spend a lot of money on really poor quality food then this is your place. Steak and cheese subs were small with not much meat for $9.00 ... We got an order of way overcooked fries. Yes they probably would have replaced them if I asked .. I was just too tired to deal with it. They really just should not have been given to us in the first place. The chicken tenders were not tender with very little chicken.Please listen and avoid this place if you can.

Excellent Fried food! The menu actually had a good amount of items considering what a small place it was. My family and I got fried chicken sandwiches and onion rings to go and took it back to our hotel (there was literally only 1 or 2 tables) and the food was very good. Would absolutely go back. Everyone there was very friendly and polite.

Way over priced, got lemon pepper wings but they give you plain wings with a small container of seasoning charging $8.99 for 6wings no fries. Ordered fries and half of them were burnt. Horrible please don't waste your money
